Moto G84 5G WiFi calling not provisioned

Hi

Trying to help my mum with setting up WiFi calling as the Three mast has been off in their area since the storm last week. 

The option isn't available, and when I go into diagnostic mode, it says that "WiFi Calling Not Provisioned" which is strange as I'm using it on my S22.

Could you confirm if this is available for the Moto G84 5G?
