Hi
Just switched over from Vodafone to Three Bill Pay keeping my Vodafone number. I unfortunately can't log into a lot of my accounts AIB, Revolut, PayPal and steam because they require and SMS message to be sent to my device. I unfortunately am not receiving any of these messages. I am receiving regular texts and calls on my new number just not these SMS code ones.
I've gone to support but just keep getting told to contact the each of the individual apps I'm having issues with but they've told me this is an issue with Three that others have dealt with and I have to contact them. So I'm in a vicious cycle.
Any help would be appreciated

Has this issue been resolved? I’m not receiving sms codes from my bank . Rang three customer service they said it was an issue with the bank rang the bank no issue on their side ? Very frustrating
