O2 Pop Up Message

I keep getting a pop up message from O2 about backing up my sim contacts and that it costs 50c. The message is very annoying as it doesn't disappear and uses up my battery, it often pop ups in the middle of the night as well. I've clicked ok on the message but nothing happens. Is there a way to stop this happening? Thanks
