Samsung Note 20 Ultra - Most apps are crashing

Bank of Ireland app, my IP Camera apps, Twitter, Vodafone, My3 and many more apps are crashing on open. I have cleared all cache nad data on all of them, reinstalled them and still same. I have found out that Google play services are not updated and it shows old date from 2006. Can't add new google account to profiles on the phone and manage google account from that phone. What is causing it? Does anyone have a solution except factory reset? I have too much apps and data on it to do it from the scratch. Or maybe someone know good backup and restore app as I could not find any that works on app store. Thanks in advance for help.

@krisoft Hi krisoft, check out the below steps to see if you can update your Google Play Services or remove & re-add your Google account. If you're looking for a backup system have you tried backing up directly from your phone? When you're in your Settings there'll be a Accounts & backup section or try the Samsung Cloud to back up everything also.

Update your Google Play Services
1. Start the Settings app on your Android phone.

2. Tap "Apps & Notifications." If your Android device doesn't have this option, tap "Apps."
3. Tap "See all apps" if you have that option. Otherwise, you should already see a list of all your apps.

4. Tap "Google Play services."

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Advanced," then "App details." If you don't see that, just choose "App details in store."
6. In the Google Play Store, if you see "Install" at the top of the screen, tap that. If there's an update available, tap "Update" instead. If all you see is "Deactivate," then your Google Play services are already up to date.

Remove & re-add your Google account
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down, then tap Accounts and backup (In older operating systems it is called Cloud and Accounts or Accounts.)

3. Tap Accounts, then tap your Google account
4. Tap Remove Account. Depending on the operating system this option may be under the More options icon on the top right hand side of the screen
5. Tap Remove Account to confirm
6. Tap Add Account
7. Tap Google
8. Enter your Google Account details
9. Tap to agree to the Google Terms and Conditions to finish

Hello,

Thank you for reply but unfortunately nothing have worked. I could not even see Google Services. When I deleted my google account from the phone I could not add it again. I was going to completely wipe all data after copying every photos and videos etc from the phone but than yesterday thank God there have been released an update for my phone from Samsung from Android 12 to Android 13 🙂 After updating everything came back to normal.
