Hoping someone can help. Just moved over to three bill pay from Vodafone on Monday and having some issues predominantly with texts. I am unable to send to some contacts and no matter how many times I retry I have no luck.
Also a few issues making and receiving calls, will get a text to say I missed a call but phone didn't ring.

For the texts you're having difficulty with do you know if it texts to a specific network that are failing?
Are you getting any error messages?
Did you get a new phone when you joined the network? If you did let me know what type of phones they are.

I can't be sure on the network issue but I was trying to send them to an 087 number and they just keep saying "not sent" but then I can text my wife who also has a 087 number and is with Vodafone.
I did get a new phone it's a Xiaomi 12T Pro.

Hi @tomfahy30 thanks for sharing those details. I need to review your account so please PM us with your name, number, full address, and date of birth. Please also include a couple of examples of the texts that failed so the numbers and the time and date that they failed. I may need to get our technical team to look into this for us and the more details we have the better.
