For the second time (last time was 5 Jan), I just today received an SMS asking me to share my experience but the link to Qualtrics is broken.
Can you ask Operations to ensure the link they are sending is live before they hit send (before the next survey that I expect will land in 2 months time!)

Thanks for your feedback I'll pass it along to the relevant team. If this occurs again can you take a screenshot of the error message that shows when you try to open the link & I'll pass it along to the team? I've checked the link you've given above & it's working fine for me.
You don't get any error just a blank screen @Jenny1999? Thanks for letting us know. We have tested the link on an iPhone and a Samsung both of which worked fine, what type of phone are you using?
