Unable to merge calls

I've a Samsung S22 and I'm on the Hero Plan when I try and merge two calls together I get "Unable to make conference calls". I've tried my SIM card in another phone and I had the same issue. I also tried replacing my SIM card which didn't help either. I contacted Samsung directly they informed me it must be an issue with the network carrier. I also contacted support via chat and they just told me to go to a shop as there isn't anything wrong with my account as I can make outbound calls.

 

I've got another SIM with Vodafone to prove that my phone is not the problem.

Just to anyone who comes across this thread in the future. Conference calls aren't available on Three Pre-Pay but it is available on Bill-Pay.
