Upgrade

Hi 

 

I am looking to upgrade online. I have been told I am eligible but when I try buy a new phone online it's telling me I have to switch my number to three, but I have been a three customer for years. As I won't be near a Three store in the next while grateful if my online account can be updated so I can complete my purchase online of my new phone. I'm looking at getting the A25 on upgrade and my number is 08x-xxxxxxx.

Thanks for contacting us here, I have edited the post to hide your mobile number for security purposes. When you are completing an upgrade you will need to be logged into your My3 account and if you are eligible for an upgrade you will see the option to upgrade on the dashboard. Once you follow this process you will be able to upgrade without facing the Switch to Three that you are seeing.

Unfortunately even logged into My3 account its saying I'm eligible for upgrade and still getting this message on check out which won't let me continue:

There is also no switch now option on this page anyway.

Can't checkout To proceed with offer price, move your number to Three. Look for the 'Switch Now' option in your basket and follow the steps


That's strange @Pamela_34556, once you click on upgrade device while logged into your My3 account this shouldn't happen. But not to worry please click here and our messaging team will be more than happy to help you upgrade your phone and investigate why you're having difficulties.
