VoLTE option missing on my Sony Xperia 10 III

Hi there as the title suggests I have no option in my device settings to enable or disable VoLTE.

My Sony Xperia 10 III does have VoLTE built into it and it's enabled. I've also searched this site and three offer VoLTE so why is this option missing from my three SIM options.

 

Vodafone even has a device guide for my phone to turn it on or off. Why doesn't three? When three offers this service why don't I have access?

I've double checked and your phone has not yet been added to the list of supported devices. To view, the full list click here 

We are continuing to work with all phone manufacturers to get Volte enabled on more devices once this has been enabled for the Sony Xperia III it will be added to the above list.

Then why is it if my phone was on Vodafone I'd be able to get VoLTE right now? It should be supported. It's over two years old at this point. 

Oh and I've looked through the list and all that's there are Apple and Samsung. A bit unfair to users who only want to be SIM free and bringing their VoLTE enabled device with them. Looks like you're only giving VoLTE to handsets locked to your network.

I can understand your frustration @djeire84 but we are continuing to work to increase the number of devices we have enabled.

Would be nice if unlocked phones using three Sims could get access to VoLTE. Not just the ones locked to three.
