I have a 4g ready phone and an option to turn it on went from o2 to three but cant get 4g to work its a samsung galaxy s4

Same problem with my account. I cant even access the page with the option to enable 4g.

I was with o2 also and my phone wouldnt get 4g but worked fine then they sent an update message and eversince had nothing but issues

The latest software is updated and everthing was working fine for the first day but then i would try to make a call and it said not registered on network and 4g will not let me enter my emails or log into my three
