Call Barring Removal

up until recently I was able to text & ring my brother in NZ on my Nokia 520 but all of a sudden messaged stopped getting trhough and now I can't ring either - my tells me to check my Barring setting but I don't have anything blocked .  Please help as this is urgent.

Yes you will, I will post it now.

There is no block on your account for sms to an international number. we will test the sim if you could also maybe test your sim in another O2 phone if you get the chance to do this.

received new sim today, thank you.  Registered it and it is up & running but still unable to txt NZ..  will my old sim still be able to work in my husbands phone to enable me to check that ?

Forgot to mention that he can txt me but doesn't receive my reply, so it's not only txts initiating from this end 😞

Just tried new sim in my husbands phone and txt failed 😞 and this time i typed in the number rather than used stored number 😞
