Solved: Call Barring Removal - 3Community

up until recently I was able to text & ring my brother in NZ on my Nokia 520 but all of a sudden messaged stopped getting trhough and now I can't ring either - my tells me to check my Barring setting but I don't have anything blocked . Please help as this is urgent.

Hi

Have you first checked the settings on your phone to ensure that no call barring is set up on your handset?

I have checked and if called blocking is the same thing then there are no numbers blocked. Don't understand how I could do it one day & not the next

What is happening when you try to send a message?

Have you tried to type the message then key in the number not choose it from your contacts.

I don't get a delivery message and then a few days later I will get a message saying that it couldn't be delivered

I know the number is correct as I checked it with someone else last night
