Call Barring Removal

up until recently I was able to text & ring my brother in NZ on my Nokia 520 but all of a sudden messaged stopped getting trhough and now I can't ring either - my tells me to check my Barring setting but I don't have anything blocked .  Please help as this is urgent.

Hi Janice, I've replied on your other post now. This is fully enabled on your account. Do you have it enabled in your handset settings?
