How can I be sure that the mobile or landline numb

How can I be sure that the mobile or landline numbers I want to dial are Three or O2 numbers before I call these numbers?
As I do not want to be charged for dialling them.

Hi,

If the number is not on the network you will here a beep before the call goes through.

Three numbers would be 086/083 most of the time TMMV.
