Unlock code reply email did not contain code

I requested an unlock code and the email I got in return is below. Can you please resend with the code?

Thank you for your recent unlock code request.

Below is the unlock code for IMEI [IMEI].

Unlock Code: [NUC]

Instructions to unlock your phone:

  • Insert a SIM card from another network into your phone
  • Power on the phone
  • Insert your PIN code if requested
  • When the phone turns on you will be prompted to 'Enter unlock code'
  • Enter the code:
    [NUC]
  • Once you have it typed in, double check what you've entered so that it reads the same as this:
     
    [NUC]
  • If it does then press OK
  • Your device is unlocked and may reboot.

If the code is entered incorrectly three times your phone will lock. If after the 2nd attempt the code does not work or you have any other issues with the code, please contact us on the Three Forum

Hi, I'm having the exact problem. My phone was replaced by insurance therefore three don't recognize my new imei number to give me the unblock code. Can you help as I'm out of the country at the moment and need it unblocked. My email is **************@hotmail.com. My phone No.08********* IMEI ****************
