Unlocking iPhone previously on o2 network

Hi iv submitted am imei number from an iPhone 5 to three. It was previously on o2 Ireland network before the change over. I recieved a reply to say there is no record of this phone. What's my next step?

I bought it from o2 online but the first one did break down and apple
Sent a replacement do you think I need to Contact them?

Three have no record of IMEI 013xxxxxxxx7. Check your IMEI by dialling *#06# on the phone to be unlocked and log a new request at three.ie/help. Three. Thanks lisa
