Using Internet data add-on Outside Ireland?

Hi,
I get the Three internet data add-on every month. When I was in England last month it wouldn't work (even there's a Three network there).

Is it possible for this to work, and if not, why?.

Hiya, this add will only work in Ireland, it doesn't include roaming. It would be the default EU roaming rates that would apply here.
