Voicemail Issues

i'm having issues with my voicemail - i have turned it on on my phone but calls ring out without going to voicemail so people are unable to leave messages. Due to the nature of my job i need to have voicemail set up - has anyone else experienced this and how do i fix it?

Hi, I can try to fix it here for you. Any voicemails that you have at the moment will be erased is that okay?

Thanks Miss Fiona, that's done now. Can you turn off and on the phone. Can you try calling 171 to set up voicemail on your phone. Will you also dial **004*0865( rest of your number)# and the call button, to set up the diverts.

I'm getting an error message when i dial the *004 number - so I'm not sure if its set up yet. I have recorded a new voicemail recording but I cant proceed?

Hi, I'm going to rebooth and test it. How long would you like your phone to ring before it goes to voicemail? The longest is 30 seconds is that ok?

Yes I am - on Monday one of your moderators mentioned that they would reboot the system and allow my phone to ring for 20-25 seconds before going to voicemail but that isnt happening.

Hi, in about 20mins turn off an on the handset and test it. The divert to voicemail will happen after 25 seconds
