Webtext

Hi is webtext down, have sent two web texts this evening and they haven't delivered.  When I went in to webtext to send a message there was no request for a security code.  Anyone know?

Yes it appears to be working today, I was asked for the security code anyway so looks okay.  Why do you look for the security code, surely using your log on and password should be enough.  I would have used webtext in the past if I had forgotten my phone to let people know I didn't have it with me, I can't do that now.  Is there a way of bypassing the security code?

Hi Spacer, hanks for getting in touch 🙂 Sorry for not getting to you sooner.  With the webtext, anytime you're using an International IP address, it will always look for a security pin and sorry there is no way to stop this. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, Linda.
