I have used up all of my free webtexts and I am aware that there will be a charge when I send extra webtexts which I still want to do, however, when I got to send the webtext it says that it is sent and then when I look to see the delivery status it says not delivered.  Can you please tell me how to fix this problem?

We've capped the webtexts at 500 for a while in an effort to combat the phishing texts that are going around at the moment. Hopefully it won't be too much longer, but you will have a new allowance on the 1st April

is it possible to send more webtexts once your 500 webtext allowance is up.

If so, how much is the cost?

And why does it say on the webtext page

"1 paid text left for this month"

What does that mean?

Hi, it would be capped. I'm sorry there wouldn't be an option to send over the 500 allowance. It would be limited for security reasons.

Morning Aitor ,
this is because you have reached your 500 webtext for the month. Once all customer reach the 500 they have 1 paid for webtext after this you will not be able to use the webtext until the new free 500 allowance updates.
