unlocking iPhone 4

I got the new Samsung s5 so I now want to unlock my iPhone 4. It says in your help section that o2 offer an unlocking service. Can you do this for me please??

Hi, I have an old iPhone 4S which I bought a few years back on the O2 network, I've since upgraded so the phone is my own. I've reset the phone and now want to give it to a family member. The same person is currently on a prepay plan on an old keypad type Nokia phone which takes a standard sim card on 3Mobile (Old O2 customer). My question for you guys is do I need to get an unlocking code for the iphone and if she get a new micro sim (sim only) contract what will she get for €20 topup?

Hi PaulOS, if ye are both on the same network you won't need to get the unlocking code. If you want to request it just incase you can do this here. If they are using a basic phone at the moment they will need to get a micro SIM to use in the iPhone. If you need anything else let me know 🙂
