hi when i send a webtext to australlia it comes up as not delivered even when it is.

this is only happening recently, i am using the same browser.

when i send webtexts  local or to the uk they come up as delivered.

any help please ?

Just to confirm all your webtexts show as delivered but the ones you're sending to Austrailia?

that is correct.its only the ones to australlia.even when they are delivered they show as not delivered

all others are showing as delivered.

What browser are you using? Could you test this on another browser like Firefox or Chrome and see if this still happens?

lisa. i have use google & firefox its the same on both.

i have used the same browsers before this problem started.

Hi, there is a virus on my webtexts, it's sending tonnes of messages to numbers beginning with 003534647.. The messages are saying that you can claim 1 million from a coca cola website. Can you help?

Can you reset the password to your Three account.

Did you get any texts or emails recently asking you to provide your details for Three.ie?

i  tried removing firefox from my computer altogether & sending webtext using google but still the same.
