I am waiting the refund almost a month ago, I’ve been told last month that the refund would be done automatically as soon as 7th bill was generated, I am going to 8th bill today and I can’t see any progress on this matter. It’s been a week the agents tell me I need to wait for 48h, it’s almost 192h past and not even a word from relevant team.

Have you received any update from Customer Care on this? If not I'd love to help you but I'll need to have a look at your account first can you please PM me your name, number, full address and date of birth.
Once I've reviewed your account I'll be able to check for updates and contact the finance team directly.
Hello Stacey, I've sent you the details on PM. Customer Care is not taking a look on this, I am afraid no one is looking this to be honest.
I have talked again with support team and they asked me to wait another 48h to get a response from "relevant team". It's really hard to understand why I don't have a confirmation when I will have my deposit back. It's been weeks I am trying to get any response from Three, but nothing, I can only hear to wait 48h and that it's escalated.
