IPHONE REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY

Hey 

Could you please help me with my recent repair issue i was told by a customer care member that my phone was covered up to 2 years and that i would need to return my phone to the 3 phone repair centre - i done this and then was told that the phone would cost 468 euro to fix even thought apple and three have confirmed its a internal software fault out of my control

@tara21 Hi there and thanks for posting. I'm going to check out a few things on your behalf. I know that Apple warranty is 12 months and that Three had covered for month 13 to 24, making this a 2-year cover. I believe that is no longer available, but I'll check everything out for you.  Can you pop me a PM please with your full name, number, address and date of birth?
