Porting Showing Wrong Number

Hi 

I moved from Vodafone bill pay to 3 Mobile bill pay 7 says ago. 

I got a new iPhone 13 and a temporary 083 number and a SIM to install and use while the number was being ported over 24 hours. 

When I use web text to send an SMS to my 087 number on my new 3 iPhone 13 i receive the SMS ok. 

But when i send an SMS from my new iPhone 13 to my wife's phone ( she is also on 3 bill pay) the message shows as 083 on her handset not my 087. 

Can you help?

@Donald_14286 Hi Donald, hope you had a nice weekend. Have you been able to sort out the number? If not can you check out these steps here on Apple's Support page? It looks like you'll need to update your Facetime/iMessage settings. If you run into any difficulties or have any questions pop back to me here.
