Text messages not working

I am working on an iPhone 10. Yesterday, my phone stopped sending text messages.

I can still receive messages from others, I can send iMessages and I can phone and use the internet.

This has never happened before. I recently topped up and my account shows free texts waiting to be used.

Hi @Adrian_03472 this is not what I like to hear. Are you still unable to send texts? When you try to send a text are you getting any kind of error message? Is it all texts or just to a specific number?

It all worked out in the end. The cure seemed to be removing the sim card and putting it back in again. This may have been coincidence. It might have just returned after being down for the day
