Are you able to use other services on 4G & 5G? How long has this been happening? Are you getting an error when you try to facetime?

Hi @lezzer, thanks for confirming that 😊 Please check your phone's software make sure that it has the latest version. Also, can you confirm the make and model of your phone? If you have an iPhone make sure that you have agreed to the iCloud T&C's as this is required to have access to all iPhone services. Here are the steps needed - Settings > click your name/phone name at the top where it’s got Apple ID / iCloud > Media & Purchases > iCloud and agree to new Ts/Cs.
