Three+ keeps booting me out when I try to log in

I’m having an issue where Three plus no matter what I do just doesn’t log in me in and I can’t get any codes. I try to use the app and it says oops can’t log you in. But when I go to log in to my 3 account I have no issues? I’m so confused and want to be able to get the benefits of being with 3 with 3plus but can’t get any.

Hi Niall can u just respond on here. I’m tempted to leave 3 at this rate if I can’t even get the rewards I’m entitled to. I’ve already tried to get in and get a presale code for a gig and can’t even get it. It’s a joke. I’ve signed up to 3plus and now it’s just not letting me log in. Can get into my3 no bother which is gonna be ok of course cuz it’s where u take my money but to get any actual benefits nah u don’t help at all. It’s a disgrace
