Unlocking code not received

I have waited 5 working days for an unlock code for my iPhone 11 which is a device locked to 3. Is this a typical wait time?

@Add_07543 Hi there, the timeframe for an iPhone unlock request is up to 5 working days. Can you check if you got an unlock email sent to your spam or junk folder as it can sometimes be sent there? If you don't have an email, can you let me know if you placed the request online or if it was done over the phone or with our webchat team?
