VPN not working on iPhone

I have an iPhone 12 and a few months ago the VPN I have installed (ExpressVPN) stopped working completely over data. It still works fine over wi-fi so it's not an issue with the VPN connection or the device. Have Three blocked VPNs from connecting via their data?

Unfortunately as VPN is a device feature and not a service we provide I would recommend contacting your VPN provider to help troubleshoot the issue you are having with a VPN over mobile data.
