iOS 18 voicemail

With iOS 18 I can choose to send an incoming call to the built-in voicemail, however if I don’t answer it goes to my normal three voicemail.   

I have tried extending the time it takes to divert to my three voicemail to 30 seconds, but this hasn’t helped. 

How can I turn off the divert for unanswered calls, but leave my voicemail on, so when I’m out of coverage / phone is off / am roaming etc.?

thanks, this is exactly what I am looking for, I want to only use network VM for phone off/out of coverage, built in voicemail for everything else, will this do that?

Yeah, if phone is on, and call is not answered, it will go

to iPhone voicemail.  If phone is off or out of signal it will go to three voicemail.
