mobile data not working

I am on a 20€ prepay Plan, and since about 2 days ago my mobile data has fully stopped working. My phone still shows the 4G symbol at the top, but no app can use the internet. I hä tried restarting my phone, turning on airplane mode and off again, and would like to be contacted someone working for three.

Hey @Quentin_16776 , I'd be delighted to help you here, firstly I would recommend checking your My3 account to make sure that your 28 day plan is still active as your phone could have 4G coverage but not be able to use it if there isn't an active plan. If your plan is active and you still aren't receiving internet data I'd also recommend going to our Device Support page and finding your device so you can see step-by-step how to manually select the network.
