I’ve recently added another phone onto my account for my daughter. I bought the iPhone 11 through the chat which was great, efficient and no problems. I paid for the phone and sent all relevant paperwork. Waiting a few days and not even an email about the purchase, so got back onto customer care and they inform me that the phone is out of stock and they don’t know when it’s back in. Why in gods name would they not tell you this beforehand when purchasing the device, surely it comes up on the system, very bad. Anyone else have the same problem?
