5G mobile internet very slow.

Hello.

I have been having issues with the 5G internet in Limerick.

The problem is when I am at home (Annacotty) the speeds are atrocious like 10 to 30 Mbps sometimes I get lucky and get around 50-60 mbps. But when I am at work (Castletroy) speeds are much better, like 100 to 200 Mbps.

Still, Annacotty is just 2km away from Castletroy and it's 5G it should be much more reliable in distances like that.

This is not what I like to hear but let's take a look. How long has this been happening or when did you first notice this? The speeds you mentioned at home is this both in and outdoors? Also please let me know what make and model phone you're using.

It's happening since I got a 5G connection back in April. Yes, speed is both about the same at home (indoors and outdoors). But when I am at work I got about 200-300 Mbps indoors and outdoors. My phone is TCL10 5G.
