Calls and data not working after switching to billpay

I used the my3 app to switch my account from prepay to billpay and since then, I have been unable to make calls or use my data. On my account, it says that I have these services added, but they are not working.

 

I uploaded my ID and proof of address when I switched the account, but it doesn’t seem to be active.

@Add_40541 Hi there, have you been in contact with our Care team to have this looked into already? Are you getting an error message when you try to make a call or send a text?
