Hi my husband is the named account owner however it’s my mobile number on the account. How can transfer ownership of the number as I was to move from prepay to bill pay?
Hey @Jennifer28 if you are unable to complete this on the app he can also call 1913 and they can sort this with you both on the call.
Hey @Jennifer28 , thanks for posting here, firstly I would recommend Logging into your My3 account and checking if your name is attached to the number. If it is then you would be able to call 1913 to make the switch to Bill Pay.
If your name isn't updated you can update this in the My Details section
Hi I’ve tried updating the account details on My3 to my own name etc but it won’t allow me to do so it keeps coming up with error when I click save. Is this something that has to be done in person in the Three store by my husband ?
