Amazon Prime Video

Hi,

I signed up for Amazon Prime video, the order details say it is completed. On "Manage Services" under my addons the subscription details status says pending.  I never received a text or anything else about the free trial.  Any help appreciated.

Hi, yes it's still the same. I topped up by €20 a couple of days ago, still no change.

@Add_09118 Do you see an option to cancel the subscription? A screenshot would be great, if you're messaging from your phone you may need to change to 'Desktop View' in your settings to attach an image 👍

Only option I can see is to remove the addon. I can send the screenshot by PM as it shows my phone number and order number. Thanks

Hi I have a similar issue but joined on bill pay contract. My add ons show prime video but I didn’t get any text to activate?

@Colm_07911 Hi Colm & welcome to the 3Community. Our agreement with Amazon is now ended so we no longer provide access to Prime, Video, or Kindle. If you'd like to subscribe to these services you'll need to do so through Amazon directly.
