I had over €10 credit at the weekend, I made 2 calls on Saturday for a total of about €2.40. I went to send a text this morning and kept getting an "unsent" error, thought it was an issue with my phone but then I checked my balance (knowing it couldn't be €0.00) to find it was somehow €0.00... I topped up by €20 regardless because I needed to send several texts as an emergency, and after sending a third I found my balance had again dropped to €0.00.
It's bad enough I'm getting scammed at €2 a time for nonexistent mobile data, but just draining my credit to €0.00 a few hours after topping up and sending all of 3 free texts?
