Bill Pay Upgrade Issue

Today I tried to upgrade my bill pay plan using customer dashboard. I chose iPhone 11 (3 euro deal with month discount, 30 euro per month), but failed at keeping my number step. Contacted support, and they offered another deal (50 euro for the device and 35 per month). Asked them why I can see offer that is not valid for me (checked another topic here and saw it's only for new customers), but can't see offers that are valid for me. Agent tried to push the deal, but then just ended conversation. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. I do understand that you might have different offers for new and existing customers, but why do I have to spend my time to investigate which offer is valid for me and which is not? I had a similar issue 2 years ago with my current plan, and I hoped something changed to good since then.
