I was a SIMO customer until July when I signed up to Bill Pay to avail of the 50% discount on plans until 2021 offer. However, every month since I’ve been charged the full amount. I’ve called customer care three times and they’ve said there’s a technical issue and they are working to fix it and the account will be credited when it’s fixed. Has anybody had the same problem? It’s 4 months now and still not fixed
