Bill pay deposit €150

Hello,

I signed up to a bill pay plan last year 2022 in June. To gain this plan I had to pay a €150 deposit which I was informed I could have refunded back to me after 6 months or 7 payments. I have made 8 payments and it has been nearly 8 months. I was wondering if I could get help with this. Thank you.
