Bill pay plan

Just entered into a 2 year bill pay contract with three . Plan supposed to be 40 euro a month but my bill is 80.. can you break a 2 year contract for a pre pay plan.

Hey @Tricia2 I'd love to look into your bill to confirm why you received the extra charges. Pop through to use here on PM along with your details and we can confirm this for you. 

If you are looking to cancel your contract early and move to Prepay you would be able to do this however an early termination fee would be applied to the final bill, calculated from the cancellation date until the end of the contract, for cancelling the contract early as per the terms and conditions agreed.
