good afternoon, please, about two months ago I went to Three and passed an account to my name, it happens that until today the account is being deducted from the previous person who owned the account and this month is charging mine and hers, how can I do it ? I'm not in Ireland and neither is she, I can't go to the store.

Do you remember when and in which store you requested the change of ownership?
