Hi, I was charged extra on my bill this month for C/Fwd CS Data and when I went onto chat they said that it was because the phone was diverted to a non three number. I have done this previously and never had an issue and was never charged so I'm wondering even with Unlimited calls are you charged for diverting your calls to a non-3 mobile or even a landline?
Hi Thomas_09679, are you attempting to divert to a charged landline number or an international number? Can I ask how much you're being charged per divert?
