Can I change my current plan while I am paying for a phone?

I bought a phone with 60€/month option paying some upfront amount as well. But now I can see there's a plan for 30€/month in My3 app. So can I change my current plan to the new one? And is it going to be only 30€ from next month or 60€+30€ per month?

I'd be happy to explain this for you. If you are currently within a 24-month contract you wouldn't be able to lower your plan until your contract has ended.
