Can't change direct debit

The advice that's being given to change the direct debit is not available on my homescreen.

 

When I login I don't see "Current Amount Due" I see "Top Used Allowances". The 3 dots bring up 2 options but nothing to do with direct debit.

 

Can someone please help.

Hi @S_Raffers, that's strange this is the display for Prepay.

 

Just above Top Used Allowances is it your mobile number that is displayed? Do you see the same options when you log into the web version of My3?

 

 

Yes same options on the website. On the app my name and number appears above it but on the website it says Account Owner: my name

This is really strange @S_Raffers, I'd like to have a look at your account, please pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth.
