Cancel Insurance

Hey, I’ve tried cancelling my insurance via the app and the website but it’s not letting me. Can you help me please?

No problem, can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, & date of birth for validation of your account? I'll get the insurance removed then for you.

You should see an option to send a PM under Deborah's message to you. If you click on that once you've sent the PM I'll pick it up and get it sorted.

Nope, it just keeps telling me access denied.

I've checked your access from my side & it's showing you're able to send PM can you double-check your settings to make sure you don't have them blocked?
