Cancel contract

Dear Sir/Madam looking for information how I can close/cancel my contract  with Three my contract finishes in September.

I wish to cancel my contact with Three as soon as possible.  Your phone helpdesk does not provide an option for this and your web chat does not work. Please advise on how I can close my contract with Three. Kind Regards Viktors.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to find out info regarding cancelling your contract with Three, tell me more about this later...

To cancel a contract with Three, you would need to give 30 days notice through 1913, messaging or even PM us here. However, if you cancel before your contract is up, there would be a cancel of contract fee applied. If you had a €30 price plan the cancel fee would be approximately €240. I'd hate to lose you as a customer and wonder why you want to leave 😥 Maybe I can help turn this around for you. 

Did you get an error when you tried contact Customer Care on 1913 or messaging? Do you have full service where you are?
