@Oct Good morning 😊there's an option in your My3 app under Manage Services to cancel your insurance. If you don't see it, pop me a or another Mod a PM with your details - name, number, address and date of birth. That way, we'll be able to access your account and remove it for you. However, insurance is a great thing to have 😊
