Cannot access broadband account

Hi,

 

I got an issue on extracting my broadband bills. I receive monthly bill notification but when I try to log in to the website, I see a different account number and I can't see any bills on my account. Does this mean I have another login details for the broadband account?

Hi there @Jawsh, when you log in the details you see are they yours? Is it possible you're logging into your My3 account for your mobile? If this is the case you won't be able to view your broadband details unless you've added the number to your My3 account. I'd suggest taking a look at our blog How to: Add Another Number on My3 and add your broadband. If you run into any difficulties please let me know I'd be happy to assist.
